- Sellers representation’s
_____ A) As of the date of this agreement the dog/bitch is free of any known diseases or parasites .Buyer agrees to accept this puppy in its present condition and to provide all appropriate medical attention for its needs .
______ B) Buyer has 3 days from the date of this agreement to have this dog /bitch examined by a vet and to personally inspect this dog or bitch. Any claims must be made within this timeframe and be verified by sellers own vet. Vet exam notes and photos if needed must be provided to seller for review.
_____ C) This dog /bitch is guaranteed to be free of any congenital diseases . If a congenital disease occurs within 1 year from date of purchase and is verified by sellers vet a replacement pup or refund will be provided as long as the dog/bitch is returned to breeder at buyers expense. Seller has 6 months from date of return to refund or replace pup. After 1 year from purchase date no refund or replacement pup will be given .
_________ D All puppies will be screened for potential patella problems common to all toy breeds.Buyer understands that a rank 1 patella does not constitute a lifelong health problem and understands that maintaining a good adult weight , a rank 1 need not ever lead to pain, discomfort or require surgery. A normal patella screen means there is no genetic factor leading to a future patella problem. Patella problems over the lifespan of the puppy due to excessive weight, injury or normal aging will not be guaranteed by Sandy’s Havanese. Sandy’s Havanese is not responsible for patella problems.
_______ E) Buyers are completely satisfied with and waive any and all claims regarding the pups conformation and outward appearance .No guarantees are implied as to show potential .
________ F )Buyer agrees to return puppy to breeder if for any reason they cannot care for it. Buyer agrees to assume all transportation costs associated with returning the dog/bitch to breeder and undress ands that there will be no compensation for returning said dog/bitch.This puppy will not be placed in a shelter under any circumstances .
_______ G) This puppy is being sold with limited AKC registration ( No breeding rights)
_______ H) Buyer agrees upon purchase of the puppy that the puppy will be registered with the AKC. Registration fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Buyer agrees to permanently register this puppy with AKC within one month of registration papers being provided to the buyer.

- Limitations of contract:
This contract applies to the puppy identified in this contract and is not transferable to a second party or puppy. Buyer is responsible for transportation costs to and from Sandy’s Havanese.
- Buyer agrees to permanent register the pup with AKC and register the microchip with AKC reunite within 30 days of acquiring pup.
